WinLion Terms and Conditions: Rules for Canadian Players

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using WinLion Casino and your player account. They were last updated on 14 April 2026. Please read them in full before you register or deposit.

Who runs WinLion

The service is owned and operated by Keron Systems LTD, registration number 15947, with a registered address in Hamchako, Mutsamudu, on the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. It operates under licence No. ALSI-202504033-FI2 issued by the Government of Anjouan. The current offer and key figures are summarised on the main page with the current offer. It is not registered with iGaming Ontario. By using the website or opening an account you agree to the Terms, and the casino may change them at any time. Changes apply from the moment they are published, and bets placed before a change stay under the older wording.

What you promise when you play

You confirm that you are at least 18, or older if your province or territory sets a higher legal age, and that you can legally enter a contract. You confirm that gambling is allowed where you live and that you are not connecting from a country on the restricted list in these Terms. Using tools that hide the real location is not allowed. You must pay only with a method registered in your own name, play for yourself as a private person, and act in good faith. Employees of the operator and their close families, and registered affiliates, cannot play for real money.

Registration and verification

You can hold one account only, and duplicates can be closed. Registration steps are walked through in the registration and bonus steps guide. Give accurate details and keep your email address current, because the casino communicates through it. Before your first withdrawal you must pass verification. Expect to send a photo ID such as a passport, driver's licence or national ID, plus a recent utility bill showing your name and address. The casino may also ask for a selfie, a verification call or extra documents, and until the account is verified no cash-outs are processed. Keep your password private. If you think somebody has accessed your account, tell support at once, because you remain responsible for activity on it until you do.

Running your account

The casino does not lend money, so there is no credit. It may suspend or close an account that breaks the Terms, and in that case it may void bets and hold funds. A sum credited by mistake stays the casino's property and can be taken back. If you feel gambling is getting out of hand, email support from your registered address asking to self-exclude, and the request takes effect within 24 hours. To close your account, write from the same address.

Dormant accounts

An account counts as dormant after six months without a login, deposit or bet. The casino emails a warning during the fifth month. Afterwards it may charge a monthly fee of at least CAD 40, or 10% of the balance if that is higher, for as long as the balance is positive. The fee can never push the balance below zero, and it stops when you return to the account or the balance reaches zero.

Deposits

Deposits must come from an account, card or payment system in your name. The casino is not a bank, and your balance is not insured and earns no interest. Card payments are handled by a third-party processor, and you are credited only after the issuer authorises the payment. Chargebacks are forbidden, and winnings from charged-back funds are forfeited. Accepting a bonus means accepting its own terms too. Whether a code is needed at all is explained under check for a bonus code.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is CAD 50, except when you close the account. No withdrawal fee applies if you have wagered at least three times your latest deposit. Withdraw sooner and reasonable processing fees may be deducted. Processing takes up to 24 hours, and the payment method then adds its own time. Money normally goes back to the method you deposited with, and other routes need extra checks.

The ceilings are CAD 1,500 per day, CAD 3,000 per week and CAD 12,000 per month. Management may adjust them by VIP level. If your balance is at least ten times your total deposits, the monthly limit becomes CAD 5,000. Progressive jackpots are paid in full. A win above CAD 15,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to CAD 15,000. If you ask to withdraw while a deposit bonus is still unactivated, that bonus is cancelled.

Refunds and chargebacks

Completed payments are final. Refunds are possible only in exceptional cases: a duplicate payment, a technical error, or an unauthorised transaction that passes review. Losses, disappointing results and unmet bonus conditions are never refunded. Report any payment issue to support within 14 calendar days, or 30 days for fiat transactions. Contact support before asking your bank to reverse anything. A bad-faith chargeback can lead to a closed account, voided winnings and recovery of costs, including a CAD 50 administration fee.

Mistakes and game rules

If the system malfunctions, the affected bets are void. Obvious pricing mistakes can be cancelled too. Results become final 72 hours after posting. Where a draw is not offered as an option, stakes are refunded on a drawn match, and a postponed esports match with no action after 72 hours is refunded. Minimum and maximum bets can change without notice. Check your account history after each session, because missing or duplicate wagers are your responsibility.

Fraud and abuse

The casino has a zero-tolerance approach. Examples include multiple accounts, false documents, stolen payment methods, bots or scripts, collusion, exploiting glitches, bonus abuse, low-risk betting patterns used to clear wagering, and money cycling without real play. It can respond by closing the account, voiding winnings and bonuses, cancelling withdrawals, holding funds and reporting to authorities. You must report a glitch as soon as you notice it.

Under-age play

If the casino suspects a player is under the legal age, the account is locked and investigated. Winnings can be retained, and deposits may be returned or held until the player comes of age.

Liability, complaints and law

The casino's total liability is capped at the value of the bet concerned or USD 500, whichever is lower. Complaints go to customer support from your registered email. Disputes about a settled wager must be raised within three days, and the casino aims to reply within 28 days. If you are still unhappy, you can complain to the licensing body. The Terms are governed by the law of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the operator.
